What is the return policy?
International shipping introduces many challenges for returns so unfortunatley we do not allow for returns.
Important: Please check sizing and measurements before purchasing.
Payments are final.
Returns and refunds are accepted only in cases where the product is defective or damaged. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with clear photographic and video evidence of the issue. Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
Should I size up or down?
The hoodie is designed to have a slightly oversized fit, so I do not recommend sizing up or down.
For T-shirts, we recommend sizing up for an oversized fit and choosing your usual size for a standard fit.
